On July 22, 2021, CNEE Assistant Director Suzanne Tegen was a speaker at American Clean Power’s Siting and Environmental Summit.  Dr. Tegen discussed energy siting concerns and environmental justice related to the energy transition with panelists Ben Hoen from Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, Doug Bessette from Michigan State University, and Bevan Augustine from EDP Renewables. Suzanne spoke about her work with Western coal communities through CNEE’s Energy Transition Academy.
